Every time I'm in Irving, I choose this place. The hotel is well-designed and comfortable with all you need for a nice stay. Staff are very amiable and efficient. Don't miss their shuttle to the airport. It offers great service.

Staff very prompt and efficient with my needs while I was there. Minimal airplane noise, surprising with proximity to DFW Airport.

west facing rooms do not cool well, no ceiling fans to circulate air better or provide white noise

From the beginning when I picked the hotel to booking it online on Booked.net was a good experience. I spoke to Kera on the phone prior to arrival she was very very helpful. We drove from Katy which was 386 miles when we arrived at the hotel I met Cara she was outstanding very helpful the room was beautiful had a problem with the mini fridge but they fixed it we had a great time curate was awesome and we will be coming back and using Fairfield Inn and suites

The hotel offers great service and a shuttle to the airport, showing they care about guests. Its location in Irving is convenient, being close to an amazing restaurant with great prices and other hotels nearby.

The house keeping staff knocking on door since 10am wanting to clean. If I haven't checked out obviously I don't want you to clean.

Not hot enough water. Small room for the size. HOuse keeping knocking on my door regardless of sign. Bigger room for half the price right next door. I hate paying a variable rate for the same room especially when it's not a weekend and competition abounds. Walls pretty thin.

The staff was really nice and friendly. Also, the rooms had good-sized TVs which was cool 📺.

Hotel staff, Anthony j, in particular at the front desk was incredibly rude upon check in & found enjoyment in making guests of this hotel miserable.

I was suppose to have a king size bed and was clearly a queen size bed not to Happy about that

The hotel was clean and our room was new. the staff was helpful and excellent. Our room had a decent-sized TV. the location is particularly good, within a 10-15 minute walk to Walmart Supercenter. the property is in a nice area.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Irving. Enjoyed my 1 night stay. Booked a room with decent sized tv. A microwave oven, coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator were a plus. The staff was amiable, amicable with every request. The setting of hotel was marvellous, closest to b fast area.

The hotel is conveniently located near several dining options, including a McDonald's and Jack-n-Box to the left and a dine-in restaurant to the right. It is also close to the DFW airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The rooms are clean and decent-sized, with the TV offering the option to watch Netflix, HULU, and YouTube. Additionally, the breakfast selection includes a variety of fruit, pastries, and hot foods like bacon, eggs, cheese omelets.

There were some noise issues during my stay, with a group of noisy sports teams causing disturbances in the hallway late at night. It would be appreciated if the hotel made an effort to separate business travelers from such groups to ensure a peaceful and uninterrupted stay.

1. The complimentary breakfast and shuttle bus are a great deal. 2. The cleanliness is super.

The location is marvelous and favorable in a fairly nice area. There is a wide array of fresh food for breakfast. Would be happy to recommend it and can't wait to go back.
